Can't login to my account to buy crowns

I can access my account in game just fine on PC-NA. However, whenever I go to the crown store to purchase crowns, when attempting to log in I receive an error message. This has been persistent for several weeks now. How might I resolve this issue so I can give you my money? Thanks.
