stuck in character progression, cant clam "lvl-up reward"

so ot lvl 18 and cant claim lvl-up rewards because game is telling me I cant have more than one of unique items (to choose I have imperial brazier, bed or bookcase and small storage chest is base reward).
and thanks this system Im forced to claim rewerd before I can spent more attribute points etc so Im just stuck in character progression, ahile able to get more lvls I cant advance my character so with this my chars is geting weaker and weaker and I cant do anything more
and no, I wont delete this char because of ZOS bug as I spent to much money for backpack space and time for horse feeeding
