I see a few changes happening as a result of the Psijic Line, mostly buffing under powered Class/Role combos

NB and Templar tanks will use Time Stop for a CC akin to Talons/Gripping Shard/Encase.
Magic DK/NB and Templar Tanks will use Mediate as a more reliable resource recovery tool (Unless it's exactly like Dark Deal and requires a channel, in which case tanks won't use it but Magic DK still might)
Assuming Mending is a BoL clone, DK and NB healers get a buff.

There might also be some minor changes here and there, cost reductions on some DK skills, slight buffs to some Warden skills like Swarm and their Ice DPS skills (the Ultimate and other morph of Gripping Shard just to clarify since I can't remember their names).

As for the nerf side of thing, I see Incap losing its stun component but that's really the only thing I can think of that's even remotely overperforming as far as class skills go.

Cool all that says is that a skillful player succesfully used a weaker stam class to win than Nb's or wardens.

was it highpolicy by any chance ? He was in top 5 for 2 times in a row, very impressive. But I don't remember him winning. ( correct me if wrong)
Either way he is a very strong stamDk, his playstyle is just the way I like to play my own Dk.

That being said duels and open world are very different things, we can't really say that a class is strong or not because one guy, managed to make an appearance between all the magDks and nightblades, in a duel with fixed rules.

And? Dueling is an artificial, arbitrary, player-made ruleset, with its own set of builds, that don't apply to almost anything else in the game. And that's really the only reason DKs perform well in duels - those arbitrary rule sets work to directly exclude many of the class' weaknesses, leaving only strengths, and occasionally end up limiting their opponents' capabilities also.

Idk about specifics but they will make a ton of changes that end up within badly unforeseen consequences that will lead to more nerfs. Between jewelry crafting and new traits a new skill line and what I’m guess are massive class changes there’s going to be some big upsets with many ripple effects.
