Elf Bane - does it affect Destro Ult / Meteor?

Title says it all. Does it affect Meteor (Shooting Star) and the fire version of the Destruction Staff Ultimate? I read some older topics where it says it doesn't or was bugged. Maybe someone has some accurate info how it is at the moment?

Destro ultimate is affected by elfbane, there even where some builds for ball groups in pvp going with elfbane on their nightblades two have 2 more seconds of destro ultimate. Based on that, also standard of might and meteors aoe should be prolonged.

I know that it increases the Zaan duration but it's a very strange bonus that doesn't apply to every flame damage ability or set bonus. That's why I'm asking. You can never be sure in this game!

ZOS has even said Elf Bane is supposed to boost Zaan.

It works for destro ult, not sure about meteor. Works for zaan but not grothdar, which is disappointing.

If jewelery retraiting will come with jewelery crafting Elf Bane will be new meta for mag DK's in PvE with DPS increase 4-5k+. Just saying...
