I was lucky enough to get one in the jester reward box but can't work out what it does. My characters hands sparkle briefly but nothing happens.
I also wondered if the "spit" emote with the jester personality is meant to be the same as the torch momento from the New Life Festival?
I love the "cheer" emote and wish we had the dazzlers as a momento too!
Edit: So I found out what the momento does but if you the Jester personality active it really doesn't do much except makes your hand glow briefly. Still, glad I managed to get one and love my little jester toon.

Yeah I literally just updated my op. It doesn't work with the jester personality because the little jumpy do that comes with the sparkle hands is already a thing with the personality. So it just looks like a little glow on the hands.0 -

✭It lasts like 1 or 2 seconds. Hands and feet sparkle and the character hits one of the Jester personality stances. Less noticeable if you're already using said personality.0 -

If you have the personality active it doesn't look like it does much though, which is disappointing for people wanting the whole "look". 0
