Title says it all.

If I use this ability on 2, 3 etc. targets that are below 75% health do I get the cost refund over time for every cast or just for one?

It is a very weak morph. If they lower the cost of the heal by 30%, it would be better. One heal for 70% of the cost or 50% more healing for the same cost as the base, more interesting.

Thats why magplars run out of magicka under pressure, because cleanse and hotd cost a lot of magicka and restored is actually nothing, when you cast it several times.

Still the best morph for vMA/1vX/duels though and it has slightly higher tooltip than Breath (which is weird, since this isn't mentioned in morph description).

Yea htd should give the mag cost back in full on each cast.
