Upgrade Morrowind to Morrowind Collector's Edition

Is it possible to upgrade the game to the Morrowind Collector's Edition of on an account that already has a Morrowind chapter to receive bonus rewards?

There was a thread asking this a few days ago, the answer might be there.

I would assume so, but would.be very expensive way to get the extra items.

Not sure if Zos is one of those companies that will refund the difference on your purchases, I know Blizzard does when upgrading from standard to deluxe, but they have their internal system making checks before the purchase goes through.
