Would devs be so kind to give us a sneak peak of balance changes for the next update?

I would love to see a sneak peak of some of the balance changes. My sanity depends on it.
THE CAVELRY HAS ARRIVED! Cav is a professional magblade, (in his not so professional opinion). He is immortal and is fighting for the Pact since 2E 572, amidst the turmoil of the Second Akaviri Invasion. He protects the provinces of Skyrim, Morrowind and Black Marsh.

    Sorcs are getting buffed
    Nightblades are getting nerfed ....again
    Dragonknight is getting nerfed ....again
    Templars are getting nerfed
    Wardens are getting nerfed.

I mean theres no truth too that but honestly the track record is pretty indicative of where it will go.

Seeing as magblades in PvE have had their "fun" now devs will probably go back to buffing sorcs again... lol

I would much rather see a discussion around how the changes would affect the stam and magicka classes.

We will be getting a sneak peek as soon as it hits PTS. The team is (wisely) focusing on as many positive aspects of the chapter to try and build positive buzz and increase preorders. Any balance changes will likely create massive negative discussions and they will deal with that in time, just not quite yet.

And where does this opinion come from? IIrc every class was nerfed lately while NB got a buff. Remeber the last buff to sorcs? The fix on pets and the haunting curse nobody, not even sorcs, asked for? Yep, that was before they gutted frags into uselessness.

But this is how these forums roll, am I right?

E: just flew over your post history, especially your last outpouring in the one stamriel thread. Forget I ever talked to you. No sense in arguing with someone who wants to see the only class dmg ability of a class "nerfed into the ground" while he clams "incap is meh".

Very curious as well. This aspect is going to be the deciding factor in me purchasing Summerset or not. If we end up with another round of superficial, token changes that don't alter the existing status quo in any way, I see myself dropping from the game for about 6 months, and coming back for another look around X-Mas (to catch up on the dungeon DLCs).

The way I see it, the balance has been broken for a very, very long time. Some classes, outside of niche roles, just don't function any more because the game has changed so much. Some abilities, in view of recent changes, need COMPLETE overhauls rather than bandaid solutions we got so far.

My hope (and dread) is that they might finally deliver on what they said last year when Warden was being revealed. That they liked the way the class was designed, with dedicated DD, tank and heals skill trees, and that existing classes should be balanced close to that. It's time. What ZOS did last patch was just flat out unacceptable, like putting 3 sec cooldown on Power Whip, in a game that always boasted that it has action combat without cooldowns. Stuff like this has to go. Or, conversely, start handing out cooldowns like it's going out of style, and turn the game into WoW, but be consistent.

Having said that, I fully expect a lukewarm, poorly thought out set of tweaks that solves very little. Maybe I'm being a pessimist, kinda feels like I'm just being a realist, based on past experience.
