Summerset PTS

When ZoS did the morrowind PTS last year it was by invitation only to test out the beta, but from what I recall getting an invitation wasn't TOO too difficult.
I'm a console player. All of my characters and achievements etc. are on XBOX platform which has no PTS access. I own a PC account JUST so that I can use the PTS, and my characters otherwise sit around collecting dust.
When I received a morrowind invitation last year (which was later reported to be a mistake) I, after much digging, was disappointed to discover that the invitation could NOT be ported to by PC account and I was not able to access the morrowind part of the PTS.
A few questions I have for anyone with any insight:
-Is ZoS likely to use this invitation-only system with summerset PTS?
-If so, what kinds of criteria are they looking for to give out invitations? I would LOVE to be able to test the new system and if that means I have to get some more hours on my PC account then I am willing to take that bullet.

✭✭✭✭✭Last year they said previous PTS participation was a consideration in who got an invite. While I'm obviously not ZOS and can't guarantee anything, if you've tested before your odds are probably better already.#proud2BAStarObsessedLoony

I’m in Xbox one too but i did just buy the CE edition so I’d have most of all the dlc on PC just cause i had a gift card for $59.
I’ll be interested in what the plans are for PTS but I’m not expecting much as that often makes launch boring.

✭I honestly don't think there will be a closed beta PTS this time around. I think the only reason they did it last year is because Chapters were a completely brand new thing. I think if ZOS is going to limit PTS access at all, it will be to people who have prepurchased the chapter and there will be no NDA.0 -

Right after thay proved it wrong when first weave of invitations was sent to people who never loged on pts or stoped playing game years ago.
NDA lift on tuesday so if nothing to hide - there should be pts instead of closed beta.Edited by Cinbri on March 30, 2018 6:52AM0
