Level up rewards - am I missing something?

So,
I have a 3 characters at 520 CP - Tank, DD & Healer. If I want the level up rewards (specifically the storage crate) do I need to make a new character and put myself through the grind again? Seems a bit daft theres no work around for players who have moved beyond level 50 already.
Apologies if already covered but looking for clarification.

✭✭✭✭✭You will need to make a new character. If you only want the storage coffer, you need only level up to 18. You can even delete the character after that. With the xp bonus this weekend, that shouldn't take too long at all.1 -
