The Imperial racial skill Red Diamond says: "Melee attacks have a 10% chance to restore X Health."
Does that refer to melee attacks made by your character or melee attacks made against you? Has anyone tested out this ability to see how it actually works? Is there any kind of cooldown, or do faster hits translate directly into more heals?
