Customer support site seems not to be functioning properly. I am in limbo while I wait, not knowing if the is the ticket is even being addressed; unable to use my banker, email notifications/updates aren't funcitoning, even an attempted "at close this ticket" isn't functioning, so I dare not store in bank just in case.
If you could please respond to my character re-instate ticket so that I could get back to playing the game, I would greatly appreciate it.
