Passive "Transfer" should generate 2 Ultimate while casting a siphoning ability.
When I cast Leeching strikes I don't generate any Ultimate.

    Would be a bit broken if you could just cloak or stay out of combat spamming abilities to charge your ultimate, no?

    Tooltips are often misleading in this game so don't feel bad, that's part of the reason we have forums :smile:
