Just a FYI.
GMG has now received the pre-purchase DRM codes for the Summerset Chapter expansions from Bethesda and they have been distributed to customers. So the pre-purchase perks, Morrowind (if you don't have it already and the Nightmare Sanche can now be activated by redeeming the code keys on the ZOS account page.

You can buy the the game either directly from ZOS online account page and get your goodies immediately OR from a third party that sells you the same product but with possible discounts. They then receive a key from ZOS which they deliver to you as the product and you "redeem" the same product by entering this code in your account page. The drawback is that it make take extra hours/days of waiting because of the extra administrative overhead.
For instance I got 15% discount on the collector's edition of summerset isles upgrade by buying it from Green man gaming but I had a wait a few days for my code to arrive (today) before I could log in and enjoy the content in-game....0
