I would love to live in Mathiisen - Auridon. While completing my quests at Auridon I've past through this tranquil, peaceful city, surrounded by mountains, with beautiful architecture and which had a pretty little river that crosses the city and flows into the sea. It was love at first sight. Also, the city even has a harbor.

✭If anyone is interested I have Turned my Mathiisen manor into A Floating Archipelago of Psijic Inspired magical Islets. An amazing veiw of Mathiisen. As well as being claimed one of the most unique Housing architectures in the game.

✭✭✭✭✭Anywhere in elsweyr, though probably tenmar or senchal if they were options. As far as where we can currently to ingame, id pick khenarthi's roost (mistral if we need to pick an actual city). I love the laid back culture and personality there, like a remote Asian village that just enjoys life's simple pleasures.
Of course, khajiit girls are one of my simple pleasures so that contributes greatly ;-)PS4 / NA
