I currently have 10 L50 max CP characters. I am not interested in leveling yet another. I am however interested in the Psijic Order and wonder if there will be an ability through the Crown Store to change ability of one of my characters to this new skill line?

✭It is a new skill line like, mages guild or Fighters guild. You will see it there, can get it on any character you have.Moons and sands shall be your guide and path.
