Khajiit have multiple "Breeds", but breaking the preferences down into three base forms depending on what appearance you prefer the most for the Khajiit to have.

Cathay (What we had in Skyrim and have in ESO)

Suthay (Even more feline features than Cathay, including larger ears and Digitigrade legs)

and Ohmes (Very Mer like appearance with only subtle Feline features like eyes, and skin patterns)

Many have discussed why we think Khajiit should go full bore and include Digitigrade legs in their design/portrayal, even though that would be a burden on the people behind making all the Motif styles as there would have to be Khajiiti specific meshes, but the problem lies in how the Khajiit just look like a Cat's head stuck onto a Human body, and then a simple tail stuck up the butt. Some players don't think the Khajiit are beastly enough, while others I'm sure hate the 'furry' aspect of the Race and would prefer them to look more like Mer.
