To resolve the error "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.", please try the following troubleshooting steps:- This error is sometimes linked to special characters being used in the username and/or password.
- If you are in the process of creating an account using special characters we would advise you to remove them and try again. Changing the security question and answer may also resolve the issue.
- If you have already created an account with special characters in your password, please change your password here and try again.
- Try a different browser.
