Looking for trade partner between EU and NA servers

I moved to Europe after playing ESO since launch on the NA server. The ping is so much better on EU that I restarted from scratch on the EU server. Its very painful to not have the gear, houses, crown purchases, motifs and millions of gold I have on NA! And its frustrating that ZOS does not provide a server transfer option but I have come to terms with it all and I am making good progress on the EU server now. Anyway, two questions:

1) Is there anyone out there with accounts on both PC NA and EU willing to do a gold/mats exchange with me? I am looking to sell on NA and gain on EU. Maybe someone out there did the reverse move? We can start small and do small transactions till we build up the trust level

2) Can you guys confirm that what I am describing does not violate ESO TOS?

I don't believe I've read anything in the TOS that would make this prohibited, as long as you don't actually trade your account. Of course, as you said yourself, you need trust to do it. ZOS might not approve of the concept simply based on the potential for scamming and disputes ending up having to be resolved by customer service.

I was looking at this for Xbox but not committing to the switch yet. And NA folks were super cool at Christmas hooking me up with stuff anyway!

I looked it up and found some other forum threads that basically said the same. So it should be okay to trade like this. I just need to find people who have the same need...

Are there any guilds that are active on both servers? If so, that might be a more reliable way of dealing with the problem rather than placing trust in complete strangers.

I would have thought it unlikely that ZOS would say it was against the TOS, but then I would also have thought it unlikely that they would want to do anything about it for you if it all went wrong.
