Balance things I'd like to see in summer set patch.
Animus-ESO

Better Templar ults. and a rework on jabs/sweeps. (like flurry they decrease the channel time)
Incap strike toned down slightly. (make it so it only stuns people if the caster is lower health then the target)
Move the befoul CP star to the blue CP tree (swap it with the shield damage CP star)
Reduce the damage of stam wardens shalk VERY SLIGHTLY.
Reduce the cast time on birds for warden, the delay is too awkward and make the Ice damage skills scale off max magica.
Give stam DK a poison whip for the divines sake.
Take the implosion passive off sorc and give it to DK. (they have an execute and DK doesn't) Then give Sorc another passive that is better.
Sorc get a passive: Increases sheilds duration for 3/6/9 seconds.
Increase the damage on frags back to 20%
Give stam sorc an air atronach ult morph.

I swear- someone at the Zenimax studios must have accidentally put that implosion passive on Sorcs instead of putting it on DKs. After the patch went live, they must've said "[Snip] it... let's see how this plays out..."Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

Right now shields are balanced (yes, potatoes, they ARE) because we have to spend one or two out of every five GCD, casting it. That’s almost half of our time fighting, we spend on keeping an active defense up. That’s whether we’re being attacked or not.
We CAN get more aggressive, but when we do, we’re open to being one shot by a NB out of stealth with our light armor and 20k health.
What we want is a buff to crystal fragments after the nerfs. We want the 20% proc damage bonus back. The skill doesn’t stun, it doesn’t defile, it doesn’t fracture, and it does about the same damage as a master Destro staff flame reach. Why the f*** should we even use it ZOS?!
Lastly? No nerfs to nightblades. BUFF other classes in No-CP and they’ll be fine.2 -

Good point. But I was using the buff to reduce the chances of procing carpal tunnel IRL. It's a major debuff. I will add the 20% proc damage and yes nerf to over performing NB's. the defile change will help with that too, Incap is just too overloaded with debuffs. it either needs to cost more or lose something. besides that stun nerf is how the skill was originally made Zos changed it.

Just look at his tag "Increase sneak speed" rofl. What a joke. Stam Nb gets major evasion on heavy armor + OP incap + stealth +every damn buff in the game aside from major mending. A slight nerf to incap to balance them out wouldn't hurt anyone but bad players crutching off the skill to begin with.Dude Where's My Guar?0 -

Listen, if go to cryodiil right now you will see all classes fighting fairly, no class greater then another, they all dying and killing each other at same pace
if you don't believe me then go to cryodiil main campaign where i am at just watch the fights.
you will see that its just about perfect balance in classes.
come join the fun instead of asking for nerfs.
