I'm curious if there should be, or if there's a policy against naming and shaming players for exploiting the game for profit. Such as goldseller, and powerleveler services.

Gold sellers are most often using a compromised account. And even in the event that they aren't, the account is a throwaway for them. They don't spam on accounts that they plan on keeping for more time than it takes for them to be banned.----
