Home Keep 5% AP Bonus Not Working? PC/NA Vivec

I've noticed since the reset on Monday on Vivec PC/NA that I'm not getting the 5% buff to AP gains that come from owning all home keeps. I'm DC faction. I'm getting the same amount of AP repairing a wall whether or not we have all our home keeps, whereas before, I was clearly getting more whenever we had all Home Keeps. Anyone else noticing this? Maybe it's DC only, or maybe other factions too?

Home keep AP Bonuses STILL not working on 9-23-17. We just captured Ales to get all our home keeps. I press L, and it says we have home keep bonus. I was getting 58 AP from repairing a wall before we had our home keeps, and now, I'm still getting 58 AP. I have the Blessing of War buff at the moment. The home keep bonus worked fine a week ago before the campaign reset. Was getting like 61 or 62 AP from repairing a wall with home keep bonus and Blessing of War.

Logged in today to PC/NA Vivec. 5% AP Bonus from owning all Home Keeps still not awarding 5% extra AP. I'm able to verify this through a test by repairing a wall before and after we have captured all our Home Keeps. I'm finding that I'm getting the same amount of AP from repairing a wall whether or not my DC Alliance owns all its own Home Keeps. 58 AP (with Blessing of War) without Home Keeps. 58 AP (with Blessing of War) with ALL Home Keeps. This has been broken for about a week. Before, I would earn like 61 or 62 AP from repairing a wall with Blessing of War and Home Keep AP Bonuses. There is currently no incentive to own all your Home Keeps as the 5% AP Bonus from doing so is not actually earning you 5% extra AP at the moment. Is this an easy thing to fix, or a hard thing to fix?

I expect a zero percent chance that this gets fixed.

It's right up there with infinite load screens, gap closers, lag, etc.

If more players could reply to this thread, or do /bug in game like I've done several times, to verify that they're having the same issue with lack of 5% AP bonus from owning all Home Keeps, and it's not just happening for me or for DC Alliance, then maybe they would take the time to respond to the thread to let us know that they will look into this issue!

You do realize that % to increase healing such as powered or other healey things will increase the dismal amount of AP you gain for repairing a wall. I really don't think that 5% has ever actually worked.

Fact of the matter is, ZoS has always been negligent when it comes to the portion of the playerbase that are straight up stone masons.

I just use the wall repair to verify that it's not working as it's a consistent number that you get over and over and over, so the numbers are easy to remember. As opposed to AP you get from killing players which vary widely so can't be used to test this.

Before Vivec reset, I was getting 61 AP from repairing a wall with Home Keep Bonus and Blessing of War, or 62, 63 with additional enemy keeps owned as the AP Bonus increases with each additional keep held. I was getting 58 AP with Blessing of War and NO Home Keep Bonus.

In the last week, I'm getting 58 AP from repairing a wall with Blessing of War, and it never increases beyond this amount no matter how many Home Keeps or enemy keeps we own. I check in the "Bonuses" tab of the Alliance War section to see that the Home Keep Bonus is illuminated, but the AP Bonuses are never applied.

Another example is that before, I would get like 1.9k AP from capturing a resource with Blessing of War and Home Keep Bonus. But now, it's just 1.8k, regardless of anything else. But this number is not as precise as the wall repair number.

Again, if anyone else could verify this, like with the EP or AD alliances on PC/NA Vivec, someone might actually acknowledge this issue! I'd like to earn that extra 5% AP when possible!

Long known bug with alliance war buffs. IE. Keeping the health bonus from emp when your faction dosent have emp or vice versa. It SHOULD reset on server maint but dosent always happen.

This issue has now been fixed in a stealthy fashion.

Just logged on. DC has all Home Keeps and some enemy keeps. I repaired a wall to see what happens... Now getting 62 AP, not 58 AP.

I can now PVP with peace of mind knowing that the 5% AP Home Keep Bonus is being applied properly. There is now an incentive again to recapture all our home keeps.

Even though no one from ZOS responded to this thread, I choose to imagine a world where they were oblivious to this issue until they saw my forum post, or my /bug reports, and were able to come up with a fix over the past few days that was implemented with maintenance this morning. They probably didn't acknowledge this issue in the forums as doing so would have just alerted more people to the problem than were aware, creating more unnecessary headaches and unnecessary toxic posts from some ESO players who love to learn about more things for which they can generate negative and nasty responses. If more people had replied and confirmed this issue in this thread, which is where I fell short in creating and adding to this forum thread, maybe they would have acknowledged the issue and told us that they were going to fix it and when.

This bug seems to have returned to PC/NA Vivec, DC Alliance. I'm pretty sure it started as of the campaign reset 2 days ago. It was not occurring during the most recently finished campaign.

Today, I repair a wall with no Home Keep bonus active, I get 58AP (this is buffed with Blessing of War). Then, our alliance captures our last remaining home keep to get the Home Keep bonus to become active, and still, I am only getting 58AP for repairing a wall, instead of the 61AP or 62AP that it is whenever the Home Keep bonus is actually working.

Please investigate and fix the bug so that the Home Keep bonus (and any enemy keep bonuses) are actually getting applied to AP gains.
