The troop gives little skits at their stage making fun of the faction leaders, there are quests to do every day to get your reward boxes that can include all kinds of consumable fireworks and other stuff that's probably important like food recipes. The date of the EVENT starting this year isn't confirmed yet. The 29th date (29th-2nd) is when the jester crown store ITEMS are available, not the start of the event. The event MIGHT start on the 29th, but we don't know yet.IGN @ emilypumpkin

I played through it when it was on PTS a few weeks ago. There was some really good new stuff in the rewards (but I'm not telling). There seemed to be fewer banners.
Most of all I'm looking forward to the monkey and the fake unicorn.
I really hope "soon" is sooner than the 29th
