Budding Seeds and Mending

Hey . I realized this today . Budding Seeds do not proc Mending set . It is AOE , it is a heal . No idea why but it just doesn't proc it . Can this be fixed please ?

Yep . I went melee on a overland mob . Threw a yellow orb , Mending procced . Used Budding Seeds , didn't proc .0 -

✭✭✭✭Maybe it needs a heal, you wait for the heal after six seconds or set it off early?
Does fungal growth proc the set?
Or combat prayer?

Just tested all . All of them procs Mending except Budding Seeds . I waited for 6 seconds to be over and still no Mending proc . Also tested Springs , that procced Mending too . It is just bugged , Budding Seeds should be proccing Mending set .0
