Missing main storyline skill point?

I just found out about an add-on called Ulrich's Skill Point Finder.
The add-on says I only have 2/3 skill points from Malabol Tor. But I'm confused as to how that can be as I've completed the entire AD story on this character (Molag Bal is defeated and everything). Is there a non-story quest in Malabol Tor that grants an SP? I am 3/3 for all other AD zones as well as Coldharbour.
EDIT: There appears to be a side quest in Malabol Tor called "Buyer Beware" that grants a skill point. Just a note for anyone who runs into this in the future.

✭Great add-on. I'm using it to track skill points as well.
I also check this website for the cadwell stuff..it does show the quests that give skill points.

I was checking this page on UESP, which is what confused me since I had everything in Malabol Tor. It turns out the missing SP was from a totally random side quest.
