Unable to buy Summerset upgrade

I'm unable to buy the Summerset upgrade.
When i log in and select chapters -> prepurchase and select CE it logs me off like its supposed to(?) and takes me to psn store but then i get message "This content cannot be selected at this time." Any fix?
