Which Summerset pack to buy?

Hi guys,

I am on Steam and have base game and Morrowind. I am pre-ordering Smmerset, and saw that there are 4 packs available.

1. Pre-Purchase The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset Upgrade

2. Pre-Purchase The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade

3. Pre-Purchase The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset Digital Collector's Edition
Includes The Elder Scrolls Online base game, the Morrowind Chapter, and the Summerset Chapter.

4. Pre-Purchase The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset
Includes The Elder Scrolls Online base game, The Morrowind Chapter, and The Summerset Chapter

After some careful reading, if I want to get every in game items, I should buy pack 2 above. When checking out, there is this message:

According to our records, you already own one or more of the items included in your cart.
If purchasing for yourself, you will not receive an extra copy of:
The Elder Scrolls Online - Morrowind Upgrade
Would you still like to continue with your purchase?

I do not need Morrowind. So if I buy pack 1, do I get all the in game items, minus Morrowind? Just want to be extra careful, I want all the items but do not need Morrowind.

You should buy pack 2 - the Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade.

You will not get a 2nd copy of Morrowind (unfortunately), but it's the only option that includes all the other items.

Pack 1 is just Summerset, you will get none of the bonus items (except the fire senche), and 3 and 4 in your list are exactly the same as 1 and 2 but also include the base game - they're for new players who don't have an account yet.

I started a thread about it yesterday and there have been a few today. Tbh, the amount of editions is confusing af. Add to that, on PS4 it ain't worded very clearly either. If they're gonna pull a Capcom on us and release 50 different editions, they should at least make each edition description a little less ambiguous.

If you already have the base game I would go with the collectors upgrade option. For the extra $10 you get a decent amount of extra cosmetics.

What truly bothers me is the fact that if we already bought Morrowind AND we buy Summerset, we don't get a 2nd copy of Morrowind. We have 2 xboxes, 2 copies of Eso, 1 copy of Morrowind...yet someone who doesn't buy Morrowind GETS it unlocked for buying Summerset when a person who has already given them my money won't get a 2nd copy of it to use on another player's xbox for them to enjoy Morrowind? What the hell kind of backwards BS logic is that? So if you don't spend money on it, you can have it for free. If you DO spend money on it the first time around, you don't deserve to have it included?. ZOS care to explain?
