Massive Lags in Trials and Dungeons

I had it once yesterday and now today again, massive lags while doing dungeons/trials. My skills don´t go off and mobs teleporting around. Before you tell me to fix my internet, it was always the whole group experiencing that... ping was around 150-250 but it felt like 1500 ping, literally not able to play properly. Anyone with the same issue ?

xSkullfox✭✭✭✭✭10min ago i joined a pug nMOL run, ping spikes from 200 up to 800 and all skills/dmg was delayed, only 10/12 players had the same problem.
Servers are dying and its not even primetime...

The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.
