They just threw Morrowind in for free as a courtesy to people who don't have it already. I don't think you can exchange it for something else :/

    You will still get Morrowind.

I have the Morrowind too and i think they should give us the Summerset™ Digital Collector’s Edition Upgrade for the standard edition price :)

At least Morrowind give offer like 1000 gems if you already have it.

I dont mind it being in there so players on a budget can get it cheap but it should be a benefit if you already have it.

I understand the logic of giving morrowind along so newcomers should not be put off from preordering.

But hey @Zenimax , it would be nice and fair to give a little fidelity reward to those that already bought Morrowind and are buying Sommerset.

Nothing tremendous, but an extra vanity pet or a "I was here before you" outfit or whatever.

Or make the free morrowind an actual extra copy, that can be given away to you friends.

I would be happy with either

I bought Morrowind DLC two days before the announcement :s I kind of wish I hadn't now, but I had no idea they were going to announce a new Xpac and give Morrowind with it.

I tried out the game at launch but didn't take to it, but I got the itch this week to try it again. At least it's been fun so far :D

there is a lot of this going around....

ALL of the digital versions of summerset include morrowind bonus. its a pre-purchase promotion that will no longer exist after june 12. the difference between digital upgrade and and the more expensive version is that digital upgrade is just summerset, while the other 2 versions also come with base game.

its a promo gift to encourage summerset preorders specifically in those players that may have waited to preorder morrowind when it first came out, opting to wait for a sale. by offering it as a temporary promotion with right now purchase of Summerset - ZoS is hoping to encourage players who may be on the fence - not to wait this time. especially since come june 12? they will have to buy both summerset and morrowind separately.

what I'm saying - this is not a bundle. its a promotion.

think of it like this. with new level up adviser - when you reach a particular level, you get to pick a costume. but.. if you already bought all three possible costumes - you don't get to chose another costume, you just don't get any costumes at all. and if it seems unfair - well.. you got to use all these costumes all this time, while people who didn't have them yet - did not. its the same with this morrowind promo.
    dirty worthless casual.
