Can Summerset Be Bought With Crowns?

I can't afford a monthly subscription, so my plan was to buy $10 AUD of crowns each month (or whenever I can afford it) and slowly save up to buy all of the DLC.
But I've just noticed (or perhaps I misread it) that Summerset can only be bought with cash. Is this right?
If so, then does anybody know if Summerset will be available for crowns at a later date?

✭✭✭✭✭Summerset is an expansion chapter (and not a DLC) ... so it cannot be bought with crowns.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭unfortunately not...eso switched up their new content release model last year, and, started making it so that there would be 2 DLC releases each year, 1 base game quality of life improvement release and then they would also release an expansion (which they call chapter)...
looks like each year they will be releasing a 30 to 40 USD expansion/chapter each year...

swippy✭✭✭✭✭to tweak your strategy, you get more Crowns by buying bigger crown packages, so if instead of dropping $10 at a time you saved longer and dropped it all at once it'd be more efficient.
it might feel slower but you'd actually reach your goal faster.
but yeah it won't work for Summerset
but if you can afford the upgrade before it hits you'll get Morrowind with it for free

Oh you're right! I just looked into it, I'd be better off buying the $30 crown pack every 3 months and getting 3000 crowns instead of only 2250. Thanks for the tip
As for Summerset, it looks like I'll need to wait for another sale (I already bought Morrowind a couple of weeks ago when it was on sale *grrrr
).
