They Took My Money and Didn't Give me What I bought!

I tried repurchasing Summerset Isles, at first it looked liked I successfully purchased it. I instantly got a text from my bank's app that money had left my account. Then a few seconds later it says that the payment address is wrong. So they took almost 30 bucks from me and still didn't give me what I bought.

    Have you tried contacting Support from the platform you bought it from?

    Honestly, some more details would be helpful. What retailer were you buying it from? ESO Store, Steam, Amazon, etc.

    What platform and edition did you buy? All that will be info Support will need to help you.

    ESO store on Windows, and I just contact acted them but I went in circles for a whole day with "check forum"
