So for a while now I have noticed these weird lines on my character if I am zoomed out any further than over the shoulder, but it's only on certain armors.
So far I have found it on the thieve's guild costume, the dark brotherhood costume, the light outlaw chests, the light chest of the set that the dark brotherhood costume's chest belongs to, the new turban headwrap hat, and every chest and shoulder pad of the mercenary set.

The lines appear to follow the seam of where the armors set on the rigging system of the character model. it's always a line right down the middle of the armor and then one shows up at pivot points like circling where the shoulder and arm connect to torso.

Also, these lines are on other character and NPC models that are wearing the affected armors

I have tried everything I can think of:
>every possible graphics setting
>full screen at every resolution with every graphic setting
>updating drivers
>uninstall and reinstall the game
>hell I even tried using a different monitor

No one I have talked to seems to have ever seen this and it's driving me crazy.
