I thought the most magical place on earth was New York. It's been invaded by aliens four times, conquered by an evil ghost, had the Statue of Liberty and Pillsbury Doughboy stroll through it, endured the arrival of magical trolls from an alternate dimension, visited by dinosaurs from the past, and blown up by a nuclear catastrophe leaving a giant smoking crater -- twice.

If something inexpiable by anything except sorcery were to happen, it'd be Only In New York.

New York is a lot smaller than it looks in the movies, the first time i went there i was utterly disappointed by how small everything was.

Not exactly what i would call magical ...

It's the most generic and greedy place in the world, so I guess it's fitting :p

I think the architecture is really stunning, but for some reason I imagined Summerset would be a little like Rivendell

I think it looks a lot like Fort Dawnguard from Skyrim meets Disney World.

No one is saying there aren't multiple interpretations of the lore, and we're not arguing that ESO did it "wrong".

We're arguing that they decided to go for the most boring, mundane, seen-before interpretation possible. Like they almost always do, unless they can ride on the coat-tails of past games.

It really does. Would fit perfectly as a Breton architectural style.

I was hoping the style go more along the lines of what we kind of see here, the sort of geometric organic style, not that this isnt, but its more what I would imagine "breton" to be or something.
