Hmm... I see where you're getting at, but NBs are so squishy and I really think it diminishes their class identity to allow other classes to reset the fight like that. Fight resets should be kept to cloaking which can easily be countered. Unlike this new skill.0 -

I've never had a nightblade character. I main a Warden in PVP. I just want to look out for the class before their entire playstyle is destroyed. How will AD fare in Vivec when all their players are unable to gank to win? We'll be the laughing stock of the campaign.
I mean...isn't AD already the laughingstock of the Vivec campaign? I don't think there's any saving grace left. And as for a preemptive move to prevent a future skill from being implemented? You should wait for the actual PTS and test it properly rather than speculate with asinine assumptions.

Hope this is a troll post but I'll respond anyway..
Funny thing is, resetting a fight is really easy on just the nightblade (can't do this as effective on any other of my chars, maybe streak but resetting a fight is actually the nightblades strenght). If another class resets so that you lose your burst you simply cloak and reset it yourself :^)1 -

If the NB doesn't kill the player and that player uses Undo, they can either
A. Proceed to continue fighting like anybody else has always done and just kill their opponent or
B. Reset the fight themselves with Cloak, shade and/or undo
