This came up before, and we were given an option but now why do you force us into something we already said no to? I just don't really see why our friends and Facebook info is relevant to you. :/

This is probably to do with NDA for the upcoming pts in the next month they did the same thing last year and maybe if u take the same steps you did last time they might not make you agreeto there legal document. I also don't understand what any of this has to do with Facebook zeni doesn't ask for that info during account creation so I'm confused.
It's because of the EU law changes.
Updated the ZeniMax Privacy Policy to reflect the new European Privacy Policy changes.
Updated the wording of the legal document UI buttons to Acknowledge/Cancel, and added a confirmation to ensure you have read and understood the legal documents.

OmG, what info do they get from me if I have no fakebook? I feel guilty right now. :s

Well those of us with social lives and family and friends it does matter, and a choice is more welcomed then not having one. Smh

So did you say "no" and are not playing the game any more ?

Hire a real lawyer to actually read and comprehend the entire agreement, and see how much that would cost you.

I'd be surprised if it's less than $1000.

There is a new law coming into effect for any service that collects private data. This may have something to do with it.

If you actually log into your account (not the game) you'll see this:

    DIfu7jN.png

So you have the option to opt out but I believe it is automatically set to allow that second option unless you log in and uncheck it. And who knows, they may have already sold your info by then as I sincerely doubt they will go back and somehow take your information AWAY from those third parties.

Not an option on the console~ Though thnx for the info. I am mainly upset that we went through this before and had to send them an email to opt out alot of people were upset at the time. They should of given us the same option again.
