Purchasing Summerset Upgrade as a Gift

Is there a way to purchase a code for the Summerset Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade and then give it to someone else? I want to gift it to my friend, but I don't see an option for that. I was able to buy the upgrade code for Morrowind on Amazon last time, but that doesn't seem to be an option with Summerset.

Resfeber✭✭✭Have you considered Steam? That would probably solve your issue right there. Most purchases are giftable and Steam linking doesn't mean you 'have' to play the game through Steam if you don't want to. Barmstro✭✭✭The person I want to gift it to didn't purchase ESO through Steam, so I don't think an upgrade through Steam is an option is it?

Barmstro✭✭✭It looks like they are intentionally excluding the PC digital code upgrade version from Amazon. You can get the Xbox One and PS4 versions (www.amazon.com/dp/B07BMHPGLZ), but no PC. Any idea why they aren't letting Amazon sell it? They're going to lose at least one sale if I can't buy it as a gift. I already pre-ordered the physical collector's edition for myself, but I really want to buy the upgrade code as a gift. Take my money!0
