What does this mean, If I pre purchase, do I have ESO base game with summerset isles?
I'm a PS4 player who is still using the original disc, it would be nice to get rid of the disc....

✭✭✭✭✭There were problems when people Pre-purchased Morrowind where they were locked out of the base game for new accounts until Morrowind launched. I think they learned not to do that to new players this time around.0
