    Happened to me after buying the digital upgrade.

    I can use movement keys, sneak, weapon and potion. Everything else gets the keyboard UI error.

    EDIT: it was server and character specific. Don't know if switching characters and servers did it, but works fine now.

    We are aware of an issue where players who purchased The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset will see UI errors when entering the game and changing zones.

    We are working on a resolution for this issue in a future update. In the meantime, you can resolve this issue by exiting The Elder Scrolls Online and relaunching the game.

    My issue was fixed by completely shutting down my client and launcher, then restarting the game.

    It's a UI issue so it only showed up AFTER I received the Nightmare Senche.
