When is the jester festival ?

I missed the jester festival last year and ive been waiting since then for this year but i havent seen any announcements or anything about it and i was wondering if they are doing the jester festival this month as they normally do it around this time in march.

That's just for the festival-related crown store items. That doesn't mean the festival starts on the 29th. Maybe it does, and maybe it doesn't. It could start days earlier than that, and I wouldn't make assumptions about it until we hear for sure from ZOS.The March Showcase says...

The only thing I can think of is that with some events like the Thieves Guild event where you had double resource nodes, they might announce it at the last minute so that botters don't have time to set up dozens of bots in the area ahead-of-time. The Jester's Festival doesn't have double resource nodes, though, (I think), so not sure why that one would be announced at the last minute.
*Edit* This is just my speculation. I don't really know the answer.
