    I get the same. I just start ESO 64 out of the menu without using the Launcher at all, that works fine

    I decided to reinstall the game and I sometimes get a WebGet error now... I never had any launcher problems and I haven't changed or modified any of my internet provider stuff so I have no idea what's going on.

    Im getting WebGet request failed at 12%. Can't update the game.

    I googled the problem and the only solution people could've given in the past was to add an exception to the firewall, run as admin and restart your system, which is the usual generic helpless answers people give all the time...

    so can we get a solution to this please? eso plus is ticking down.

    This is an old ZoS side problem they tossing to you - you're from banned region, so only way is install some IP hiding programm and change your IP for some America's..... loyal country. This is always working. I have a bigger problem - error 102 cant finde a patch meta-file.

    Me too, I have this problem after housing release, but it will be fixed after, now they broken game again with a new patch. I know people from Russia (of course it will be there=)), Germany and Spain can download a patch without VPN changer (game itself works fine).
    But of course ZoS telling them about 3rd side programms, firewalls and other useless trash.

    SOmany people get this error right after last patch'es release, but of course this is coincidence and firewall/3rd party programms's conspiracy=)
