This bug is known since January 2018 but I have yet seen it being posted here or acknowledged by ZOS.

We all know that the Nighblade skill Twisting Path has had it moments before (it being handled like a direct damage ability rather than a dot) but this one is even more bizarre.

Basically, if you place your Twisting Path (don't know if this works for the other morph as well) step inside it (it doesn't matter if the first cast is hitting anything) and you look at another target (within 10m or whatever the range of the skill is) that target is going to get damaged. This damage procs Valkyn, Acuity and (pretty sure) every other set as well.

This works for PvE and PvP, tested yesterday on PC EU Server.
