Solution to balance PvP and PvE without worrying ruin each other

Very simple, Just give us the third morph each skill. Atm the second morph will separate magicka and stamina, then the third morph will se[arate pvp and pve. When you need to nerf or buff a skill to balance PvE or PvE, you only need to focus on the 3rd morph.

✭If I remember well, there should have been further morphs for skills but for some reason they didn't do it. Possibly even more than 3 morphs where you could customize a skill as per your liking.0 -
