Ok so I just came back to the game after years of absence, and was wondering why people say that the Red Mountain set is under performing? I had the full set on an Alt I just Leveled, and it seemed to proc every 2 seconds. So what am I missing?

✭✭✭✭✭Red Mountain used to be a straight extra fire damage proc and now its a slightly more complicated proc. If it works for you, go for it.1
