Im looking for a part of the world for one of my characters where they are against killing and stealing and look for enlightenment...is there such a place?

"Against Killing" is where we get into trouble... it depends on killing WHO?

Anything of The Eight Divines keeps the killing to Daedra & their worshipers.

You could try Sorrow, the mountain / pilgrimage / holy site in Wrothgar. Or else any of the cliff locations for this quest in Auridon.

Otherwise, anywhere outside the map is a good place to find enlightenment.
