So those who played all know what happened.....but did orcs join in DC again with new terms or not? It will be a good continuation of mainline story if ZOS make it clear

What do you mean, join again? They have been in dc all along. I completed wrothgar again 2 weeks ago and doing alikr in dc faction questline atm, I don't recal them giving up on the alliance. or?

I believe OP is referring to the fact that the High King made a deal with King Kurog in exchange for assistance, and joining the covenant the orcs were gifted Wrothgar (if im remembering it correctly, please correct me if im missing details) and that by the end of the main quest in wrothgar a new king is crowned and it's been a while since I did the quest but I think he mentions needing to work out a new deal? (again going off memory and too lazy to look up specifics atm)

To my knowledge nothing has been officially said or done, which means business as usual, and Orcs are still a welcome and appreciated ally at present.

In a couple hundred years we see a breton/nord alliance so I guess we all know it wont technically last forever but for now, they're still allies.

Careful who you say that to. ;) At least in Breton land. The Redguard look past things like racial prejudice more easily when it comes to a people's aptitude for combat.

Yeah, Emeric made the deal with Kurog, not Bazrag. Bazrag is said to be unhappy with the deal the Orcs got, and the last we hear, as Kurog is now dead, and Bazrag is King, its commonly believed a new deal will have to be made.

I know the Breton's and Orcs have their issues, given this isnt the first Orsinium, but the current Bretons of thie era dont appear to be too overly aggressive or antagonistic of Orcs, or much of anyone really. It's certainly better than the relations between Ebonheart.

Asking if Orcs are still in DC is like asking if any race is still in their alliance, I feel. There's obviously a large group of the race participating in the Alliance struggle, but also significant portions that don't. Look at the Telvanni, for example.

No, the Orcs joined the Ebonheart Pact thanks to Vivec convincing them they would be freely accepted in Morrowind
