sorry bad spelling

what has more space overall, i kind of like the different rooms in the one which allows for segmenting ideas but the outside area of keep is nice, but then again, can you do much with the outside

    Mournoth Keep or Velothi Reverie?

As Nestor says, you can preview them. I prefer Velothi Reverie, but both of them should have good quality furnishings if you go with orcish or Dunmer styles. I find that outside areas are good places to make gardens, workshops or shrine areas.

I´d say, got to velothi reverie. Just my personal taste speaking, but I love it.

I'd recommend Velothi Reverie, because Mournoth Keep has more space overall. :D You'll quickly run out of furnishing slots.
Velothi Reverie is also easier to decorate, and I like the idea of actual rooms. <3

I had the same question once at the beginning of Homestaed, to my friends, send them pics. Only it was Mournoth, Velothi and Domus Phrasticus for me. I went with Mournoth as my first home then, after all, I love the big garden, just what I wanted really. Space inside and outside are at good match in my opinion, and I haven't even reached the cap of eso plus yet.
But as the people above already said, it's in the end up to you: What do you want from your home? Is it, like me, a spacious outside and a good amount of inside, but with no pre structured rooms; or is it more like pre structured rooms with a bigger inside, but a smaller outside, that has a nice touch to it though?
I like both of the houses. But I like the keep a little bit more.
So I'd say, just to provide a different opinion as my pre speakers, go for the Keep ;)
