Siphoning Attacks Extra Animation Na Ps4

When you cast Siphoning attacks about halfway through the duration the animation plays again for no reason. This is extremely annoying especially mid combat. This animation even stops all other moves animations from playing. Please fix.

✭✭Just to clarify the opening post, since its not exactly clear what you're describing: when you cast Siphoning Attacks or Leeching Strikes about 7-13 seconds after the initial cast, the animation will play again at the moment original cast of the ability should have run out.

✭✭Here is the issue we are facing.
In the video I still have 12 seconds left on Siphoning attack and while on the other bar it activates the animation. For no reason and even seems to take a GCD (might just be me).
