    I've used the tracker add-on in the past, but after a few rounds of crates this season, I ended up disabling it. I kept getting a message that there was a backlog in the mail system (presumably because each crate opened now immediately results in an in-game mail being automatically sent to @Faunter ). After that message, my game would completely lock up and I wouldn't be able to do anything except for walk around. Reload UI didn't help. Neither did relog. I had to close out the game and restart.

    I did get the Galvanic Storm Steed in my first 50 or so crates, before disabling the add-on, so that's something. But I opened several hundred crates after in my (ongoing) quest for the Shadow Rider Senche, and because of the backlog issue, those were not recorded.

    @Kiyakotari That's quite interesting. The way it works is that all the mails containing crate results (multiple mails if many crates were opened) start being sent after you open your very last crate. Otherwise, if you still have crates, the addon will wait for you to open them or wait until a loading screen appears to send all your results, whichever comes first, in case someone might want to keep a few crates.

    Mails are sent 1 second apart from each other, and if the in-game mail system is experiencing delays, it'll wait for the previous mail to finish sending before mailing the next one. You might've noticed something similar on your own, where it hangs for a few seconds before sending a mail to someone. There's no way to prevent this, and it appears to occur randomly.

    Do you have a slow internet connection? Where are you located? Is your ping high? Those are the only factors I can think of that might cause this issue, factors I hadn't previously considered. I could look into maybe having the mail time interval dynamically change depending on latency, should that turn out to be the cause of the problem. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!

    I think 800 would be more than fair, that's like freaking 400$ irl almost if your unlucky with gems
    I've always been of the opinion that making some of the rewards not purchasable with gems defeats the entire purpose of the initial crown crate design.

    However, it appears that they've completely removed the following items from the Bonus reward (5th card in middle) drop table this season: Grand Gold Coast Experience Scroll + Instant All Research, Major (Legendary/Yellow) and Major Gold Coast Experience Scroll + Instant All Research (Epic/Purple). I suppose that getting bonus cards will be much more exciting now as a result of this change.

    I'm fairly certain I got a grand XP scroll from one of my bonus cards. So that's off the table.
    @Dymence Are you positive that the scroll came from a Scalecaller Crate? So far, people have recorded around 5,000 of those with the addon, and 879 contained a bonus card, none of which were an Experience Scroll or an Instant Research. Either the drop rate is incredibly low and you're insanely lucky, or you got it from another crate type. From a purely statistical stand point, I find the latter to be more believable. :tongue: Do you have a screenshot by any chance?

    It was definitely from scalecaller crates, as I buy 15 crates every season when they come out.

    I had 4 bonus cards. The peryite statue, the sabertooth cub pet, the wayrest suede doublet ensemble and an XP scroll. As far as I remember, of course. I realise it seems more statistically believable that I simply remember incorrectly.

    Maybe someone else will get it and it will pop up in your data ;)

    I believe I got at least 1 xp scroll on a bonus card as well. I will check to see if I took a screen shot when I get home. Unfortunately I got several of them as well as 2 research scrolls, at least they were worth gems on trade.
