in the past i played TERA and there is one big deal with the ingame store: most of the items can be traded.
how?
most items you purcase (ex.: also includes character slots) are items you have in your inventory and you have to use it to get the items/stuff you want.
that way you can buy stuff from the store and sell it for ingame gold.
and bevor someone throws the "this hurts the economy" or "p2w" axe: thats ***, economy is quite well, and shiny stuff doesn't make a game p2w
but since the tera ingame store is more reasonable priced then eso's crown store ... don't know how this would work out here
BDO store has a gifting feature. You can directly send stuff to other players' accounts. The store is pretty expensive E35 for an outfit.

like the secret world store (and many more). tera's solution is imo better, because you can actualy trade stuff, and removes the trust you need when you can only send stuff, because you don't know if the other side pays in the end.

I got a reply back that they "couldn't make any promises" but they were "forwarding my request to the team that handles these." That was three days ago. Not a peep since then.

Reply to that email - all the times I've gifted items, I've had to drill past that first auto response.
