Title is quite obvious, can we hotkey potions...
opening a menu to use a potion in combat is rather annoying often die in the process.

hackedwowb16_ESOSoul Shrivenu can have 1 potion for the quickkey while holding a key down brings the radial menu of potions u should have / might have placed on it already, but yes i would like a mana and HP potion button also

Syntse✭✭✭✭✭I found this not so handy, at least 2 quick slots is needed. Maybe in higher levels with group you can only use one slot to get more mana/stamina as someone is healing you and you have time to do switches.
On lower levels usually the thing you need is health and while you have that quick slotted you run out of mana/stamina, if you try to switch you are dead.

You can "hotkey" a few potions actually. I'm not sure how to set this in your inventory exactly, but when on a potion read the bottom screen for available actions. When in combat, press and hold the "Q" button to bring up a circle with the hotkey'ed items you've placed in the circle."What is better... to be born good, or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?" - Paarthurnax1 -
There is an addon on www.esoui.com that allows you to hotkey quickslots. Works very well.0

You cant see the Numbers you bind, but you'll only need about 3 any way. You bind them in settings/controlls/keybind0 -
Press Q button and then it will appear an inventory. Drag your potions into that circle. DONE.2 -
